How We Refurbish Treadmills

  1. Completely dismantled and taken each and every component apart
  2. The motor is fully refurbished, and fitted with brand new bearings
  3. Running belts are replaced with brand new units
  4. Drive belts (which link the motor to the front roller) replaced with brand new units
  5. Front and back rollers refurbished and bearings replaced
  6. Running deck refurbished
  7. Any scuffs, scratches and damage are fixed and polished
  8. Every component (both plastic and metal parts) are repainted (powder coating) in the original colours
  9. Electric components all checked and cleaned thoroughly inside
  10. Consumables (e.g. clip, logo stickers, and all new screws) replaced with brand new items

First Step:

Completely dismantled and taken each and every component apart.

Second Step:

The motor was fully refurbished, and fitted with brand new bearings.

Third Step:

Replaced the running belts with brand brand new units worth 280GBP each (2.5mm thick).

Forth Step:

Replaced the drive belts (which links the motor to the front roller) with brand new units

Fifth Step:

Refurbished front and back rollers and replaced bearings

Sixth Step:

Refurbished the running deck

Seventh Step:

Fixed and polished any scuffs, scratches and damage

Eighth Step:

Repainted (powder coating) every component (both plastic and metal parts) in the original colours

Ninth Step:

Electric components all checked and cleaned thoroughly inside

Tenth Step:

Replaced the consumables (e.g. clip, logo stickers, and all new screws) with brand new items
